We are confident you will enjoy any goods purchased from our shop and we strive to offer a pleasant and convenient shopping experience. However, we understand that in some cases you may wish to return your purchase.
We are happy to offer a refund on the return of a purchase within 30 days of the shipment date. To streamline your return, we ask that you note the following:
Products returned to us must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging materials. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. You are also responsible for ensuring the product incurs no diminished value whilst in transit back to us.
Items that are personalised or have a bespoke element are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving a returned product. The full purchase price will be credited to the original payment method used on purchase.
Please write on the despatch note details of why you are returning the items and include this with your return. We value your comments.
We recommend you use a trackable and insured service with proof of postage.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned but not received by us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
